Josiah Austin is a highly accomplished and versatile modern classical composer and pianist, known for his modern classical solo piano pieces- a mesmerizing blend of alluring melodies, lush harmonies, and elegant simplicity. 

He frequently performs an exciting and versatile set of solo piano pop and rock covers at the Portland Airport, Ilani Resort, and private and public events around the Portland/Vancouver metro area. His setlist includes hit songs from the 1950s - Today.

With a strong focus on melody-driven narrative, his original works are characterized by delicate piano-centric compositions that occasionally incorporate electronic and orchestral elements, creating a unique and captivating musical experience.

Inspired by nostalgia, introspection, childlike wonder, mystery, and melancholy, his music captures the deep, haunting, beautiful, delicate, and emotional facets of life and film.

Josiah lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Heidi and their two cats, Nova and Penelope.
